Be Prepared, Be Protected for October

October is Fire Prevention Month! The goal of Fire Prevention Month (and week October 3rd – 9th) is to raise awareness to fire safety and help ensure your home and family are protected.  The NFPA's (National Fire Protection Association) 2021 campaign for Fire Safety Month is "Learn The Sounds of Fire Safety." 

SERVPRO of Quincy has been a partner with the American Red Cross in the installation of Free 10-Year Smoke Alarms, in an effort to increase fire safety in our communities. The Red Cross supplies up to 3 Free Alarms per household and SERVPRO installs these for Free as well. Since the beginning of the partnership, SERVPRO has installed 583 Alarms with over 340 installs just since this April 2021.

The need is still there so please contact SERVPRO of Quincy if you or someone you know has this need.
